Once your return form is submitted, our customer service team will review it and provide you with a reference number for your return.

Pack the item securely, including all original accessories, and include the provided reference number on the package for easy identification. Ship the item to the address provided along with the reference number.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed and reflect on your account.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference on the return form. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund as per the refund process mentioned above.
